Training and continuous improvement are important to help you manage change, for example, to learn new skills within your current roles or the enable you to reach your career goals. This course will show you why you should consider online learning and how you can start to look for courses that may suit your interests or career goals.
This course is divided into two units:
Unit 1 briefly introduces online learning and explains what you will learn by the end of unit 2.
Unit 2 – Describes the advantages of online learning and look at why you should consider this as a source for continuous improvement. You will also learn what you need to in order to participate in an online course and become familiar with some of the largest online training platforms; these platforms are discussed in more detail in the course “Searching for Online Training & Courses”.
